Deisis started working with HireLevel in November 2023 with our client in Lebanon, TN.

Deisis Dillard was our selection as she came into a pretty challenging Totes situation when she arrived in November. Since joining the team, she immediately led the way in organizing the sorting process and became a natural leader for our Totes area. Deisis’ hard work and leadership skills are a large component to the success in catching Totes up with Repack and creating best practices to prevent a Totes backlog in the future.

I help with sorting and organizing totes to be used on the repacking line which is very important for shipment.

Being determined, respectful, and hardworking.

My coworkers and Ms. Tara have been a great help and encouragement to help me fulfill.

What is NOTS Logistics?

NOTS Logistics is an asset-based company that offers four core services – warehousing, transportation management, customized distribution, and workforce management – to provide clients with a whole solution. NOTS just recently opened their new facility in Wilson County Tennessee (Lebanon, TN). As part of this growth, they will be the managed services provider of a warehouse and distribution center for a valued client. The Lebanon, TN location opened its doors in September 2023. As a result, the facility will create up to 50 new jobs in the local community.

The new facility represents a significant milestone in NOTS Logistics’ commitment to expanding its footprint and service reach area, as this is its first managed services facility located in Tennessee. By further building on their existing relationships and bringing new clients into the fold, NOTS aims to ensure custom logistics and services, plus fast and efficient delivery, across the region.

HiFive Campaign

The #HiFive Campaign was established in 2018 to improve communication of the HireLevel candidate of the month program. #HiFive recognizes 5-star internal and external team members working for HireLevel or their clients.
