HireLevel Receives American Staffing Association 2018 Genius Award for Celebrating Employees, One #HiFive At A Time

HireLevel, headquartered in St. Louis, MO won the 2018 American Staffing Association (ASA) Genius Award for their social media campaign “Celebrating Employees, One #HiFive At A Time” in the award class of Staffing Firms with $25 million – $100 million in annual sales.
The 2018 ASA Genius Award, a national awards program, honors the most outstanding marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns of the year. The 2018 Genius Award winners will be featured at Staffing World in October 2018 in Washington, DC as well as in ASA publications, in news releases, and social media. HireLevel’s Director of Marketing, Erin Kopec, is excited to be accepting this award on behalf of the team, saying “We know being a valued part of the company you work for is an absolute. Accepting an award for our #HiFive that allows us to celebrate our employees and share their success stories just feels great.”
The #HiFive Campaign was established in 2018 to improve communication of the HireLevel candidate of the month program. #HiFive recognizes 5-Star internal and external team members working for HireLevel or their clients. Since its launch, over 100 employees have been recognized for being self-motivators, team players, reliable and performing at a higher level every day, which we believe makes a 5-star employee. #HiFive is celebrated company-wide and with clients and has become a proud part of the HireLevel culture.
The #HiFive has been communicated through storytelling, using a combination of video and images with quotes of what motivates the candidate to work hard, work with passion, and work with their teams, making a difference through their job each day. The result of this campaign was apart of the award submission, but the overall impact that this campaign has made on HireLevel employees should not go unnoticed.
