• Job Application: Quickly apply via our general application or apply directly from a job. Returning applicants, please log in to your account. New applicants should create an account before starting the application process.
• Phone Screen: After you apply, we’ll review your experience, skills, and preferences to match you with the right opportunities. If a position is a good fit, you will receive a text message to schedule a phone screen with our team.
• Onboarding: After your interview a recruiter emails the onboarding paperwork. You’ll get login details and a portal link in separate messages. Complete all forms within 24 hours, then call us immediately to review and discuss the next steps.
• Interview: If needed, the next step is an interview with a recruiter or client. This may occur by phone or in person and typically lasts 15 – 30 minutes.
• Prescreen: At most office locations (depending on the role), you may need to participate in a general pre-screen session. This in-person group pre-screening helps prepare you for your first day with your new employer.
