Picker Packer:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $14.39.
This position is responsible for retrieving products in the warehouse that have been ordered and packaging that product to be shipped to the client.

Assembler:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $14.86.
This position is responsible for putting together products that come as a set of parts. They ensure that all of the pieces are there and that the product is up to par. They may also be responsible for the inventory of the individual parts.

Machine Operator:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $16.21
This position is responsible for monitoring as well as operating the warehouse equipment. They would be responsible for the quality checking and cleaning of the machines.

Material Handler:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $17.65
This position is responsible for ensuring that products get found, packaged, and places on trucks to ensure that orders get fulfilled efficiently.

Forklift Operator:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $18.20
This position is responsible for utilizing the forklift in order to unload deliveries, stack boxes, and other tasks that will help the warehouse’s efficiency.

Warehouse Lead:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $19.85
This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes ensuring employees’ safety, inventory levels, and ensure that all operations are running in an efficient manner.

Operations Coordinator:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $20.16
This position oversees multiple departments and ensures that there is cohesion and efficiency between the departments.

Warehouse Supervisor:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $22
This position is responsible for ensuring that the general operations of the warehouse and staff are running smoothly. This position is likely to be responsible for maintaining the inventory, advising imports and exports in the warehouse, and other tasks that help to ensure the warehouses’ success.

Supply Chain Specialist:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $22.36
This position is responsible for overseeing the entire process of procurement of the product, all the way to delivering it to the customer. This position must keep an adequate schedule with suppliers in order to receive inventory shipments and maintain the warehouse’s inventory.

Operations Manager:

This position is responsible for overseeing the company’s operational activities at all levels of the organization. This position would strategize ways to improve the company’s operations.

Logistics Manager:

The average hourly wage for this position in the US is $48
This position is responsible for ensuring efficiency throughout the entire supply chain for the organization. They may strategize how to make their supply chain more efficient based on the current economical climate.
