Kieran started working with HireLevel in September 2023 and was recently hired on with our client in West Frankfort, IL. When it comes to his work ethic he continues to go above and beyond as an employee in the boat manufacturing industry. Congratulations again to our January HiFive Employee of the Month.
What gives you the motivation to go above and beyond as an employee?
My children give me the motivation.
Can you tell me your story, how it all started at HireLevel, and where you are now in your career?
HireLevel has always worked with placing me where I was comfortable, even if a job didn’t work for me, HireLevel never gave up on helping me.
What do you take the most pride in?
My willpower to learn, especially doing things that aren’t so easy.
What do you believe is key to being a great employee?
Showing up every day willing to learn and giving it all you have.
Who has helped you become the outstanding employee that you are?
My mom and my kids and I can’t forget Kesha Lane, she has always told me I could do anything.
