Curious about what to expect when working with HireLevel? Here’s an overview of our hiring process:
Hiring Process

Step 1: Find a Job Opportunity
Start the process by browsing all our openings at jobs.hirelevel.com. Here, you can filter jobs by location, job titles, and required skills. This will provide you with a clearer picture of the positions we regularly offer within our markets.
Step 2: Application
To apply for any position, candidates can use our quick apply form or access the application directly from our job board or here. On average, this application process typically takes just 1-5 minutes to complete.
For candidates who have previously applied, please log in to your account or contact our office if you encounter any issues logging in.
New Applicants: Please register for a new account to begin.
Step 3: Phone Screen
After you have applied, expect a phone call and/or text within 1-2 business days. The goal of this phone screen is to learn about your work experience, skills that you have obtained, and the type of work you are seeking. This information helps us discover which opportunities are the best match to your experience, skills, and needs. If they do not reach you, you will be receiving an email and/or text to schedule an interview. You can expect the phone screen to take anywhere from 10-15 minutes.
Interview Questions that may be asked include:
- Where are you currently working?
- How long have you worked at this employer?
- What are/were your responsibilities in the role?
- What were your top 3 job duties?
- Can you please tell us more about your job history?
Note: Throughout the hiring process, please expect phone calls, texts, or emails about job opportunities.

Step 4: Onboarding Process
If the job opportunity is a suitable match for you and the employer, a recruiter will send you electronic onboarding paperwork via email that must be completed. There will be two separate emails; the first will contain portal login information. The second email will have a link to the onboarding portal. You must complete it within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Once complete, please give us a call back about the next steps.
Step 5: Recruiter Interview
If there are job opportunities that match your skills and interests, the next step will involve interviewing with a recruiter and/or the client. This interview process may include both phone and in-person interviews, with questions tailored to the specific job. These interviews typically last between 10-15 minutes.
Example Interview Questions could include:
- What are your qualifications that make you the best candidate for this position?
- What are three skills or values you possess that would be beneficial to any position?
- For all your work history, what has been your proudest accomplishment?
- What do you think are the top three characteristics of a good team player in the workplace?
- Tell me about a time you went above and beyond at work.
Step 6: General Pre-Screen
For most office locations, you will be required to attend a general pre-screen. This is an in-person group pre-screen to help prepare you to start on your first day with your new employer.
Step 7: Getting Hired
If everything goes smoothly, congratulations! You’re on your way to starting work with us. Our recruitment team will provide you with all the tools and guidance you need to succeed on your first day and beyond.
