HireLevel Gives Back to the 4C’s

HireLevel’s Charitable Giving Program is a way for our team members to give back to the communities they live in. In November, HireLevel donated $860.00 to the 4C’s located in Harrisburg Illinois to assist them in providing food and shelter to families who have experienced job loss, employment hours decreased, unemployment benefits ceased, and many other types of crisis. We are proud to be part of this community and connect with others who are changing lives.

About 4C’s
The 4C’s, also known as the “Christian Community Compassion Center,” offers three invaluable programs that have a profound impact on their community. These programs include a food pantry funded by local donations, a homeless shelter with five sleeping rooms, and a program called Helping Hands that allows caring individuals to provide financial assistance to those in crisis. The center’s mission is simple yet powerful: “Helping people help themselves.”

We chose to support the 4C’s foundation because of the close ties to our mission statement “Bringing people with diverse backgrounds together, creating opportunities, growing communities and business, changing lives.”

HireLevel Charitable Giving Program
The HireLevel Charitable Giving Program has consistently given back to charities in our local markets since 2016. Our grand total for 2022 was over $16,000. The team at HireLevel does all they can to take care of the communities in which we live and work in. HireLevel believes that giving back and changing lives is not just a good deed, it’s our mission. The 2023 Charities that we have donated to so far include the Fowler Bonan Foundation, Edwardsville Neighbors, Angel Arms, HopeDotCom, Safe Haven for Cats, Second Harvest Food Bank. and Gleaners Food Bank.
