HireLevel Gives Back to Second Harvest Food Bank

HireLevel’s Charitable Giving Program is a way for our team members to give back to the communities they live in. In August, HireLevel donated $935.00 to Second Harvest Food Bank to help them continue to provide nutritious food for children, families, and seniors facing hunger within the Middle Tennessee area. We are proud to be part of this community and connect with others who are changing lives.

About Second Harvest Food Bank
The mission of Second Harvest Food Bank is to “provide food to people facing hunger and work to advance hunger solutions.” With a commitment from several leaders in the community, Second Harvest was founded back in 1978. Their vision was to to provide a central distribution center for companies, groups and individuals who wanted to helpmake a difference and provide food to anyone facing hunger in the area. In 2022, they were able to provide nearly 50,000 meals to children during the school year though their Child and Adult Care Food Program as well as, donate 0.96 cent of every dollar to 14 feeding programs offered throughout 46 counties.

We chose to support Second Food Harvest Food Bank because of the close ties to our mission statement “Bringing people with diverse backgrounds together, creating opportunities, growing communities and business, changing lives.”
HireLevel Charitable Giving Program
The HireLevel Charitable Giving Program has consistently given back to charities in our local markets since 2016. Our grand total for 2022 was over $16,000. The team at HireLevel does all they can to take care of the communities in which we live and work in. HireLevel believes that giving back and changing lives is not just a good deed, it’s our mission. The 2023 Charities that we have donated to so far include the Fowler Bonan Foundation, Edwardsville Neighbors, Angel Arms, HopeDotCom and Safe Haven for Cats.
