Can you tell me your story, how it all started at HireLevel, and where you are now in your career?

I’m in my career now as a Machine Operator and Forklift Driver, and I also help clean up. I never miss a day and always go above and beyond in my role.

What gives you the motivation to go above and beyond as an employee?

My supervisor continues to push me to do better every single day.

Please tell me more about the culture, benefits, etc. Why do you love what you do?

It’s physical. I like to move around and stay busy on the job.

What do you believe is key to being a great employee?

Come to work on time daily and don’t trouble your supervisor.

Who has helped you become the outstanding employee that you are?

My Friends.  They have shown me everything I need to know about my work ethic.

Any career/life advice to others to help them get started?

Do the job that you were hired to do and continue to stay busy has helped me.
