Michael’s Journey to Success in Her Career:
Can you tell me your story, how it all started at HireLevel, and where you are now in your career?
I was without a job for 5 months and tried HireLevel and they got me a job instantly. Now I am working and happy. I just got into another department and just keep furthering my career.
Can you tell me more about National Cart, your role, and why you love it there?
My role is to get the order together by gathering all the parts needed and sending them to steel weld to get put together. I love it here, since my first day everyone at HireLevel has embraced me as a part of their team as well as the National Cart family.
What gives you the motivation to go above and beyond as an employee?
The fact that HireLevel took a chance on me and National Cart gave me an opportunity to better my life as well as my future.
What do you believe is key to being a great employee?
I think the key is a recipe for a couple of things. Like knowing as long as you tried your hardest that’s what matters, staying flexible, as well as open-minded, and knowing it’s always another day.
