Each year, the St Louis Business Journal ranks the Largest Women-Owned Businesses in St. Louis and the Metro East area, examining their revenue from the past year and determining the fastest-growing businesses. HireLevel is excited to announce that we’re named the 10th Largest Women-Owned Businesses for 2022, with 19.4% growth and $49.2 million in revenue. Woman-Owned Since 1995, HireLevel, supports clients from the small business level to MSP and Fortune 500 companies across the nation.
As a certified Women-Owned Business, HireLevel emphasizes equality and fairness, truly diversity & inclusion, during the staffing process and in their workplace. HireLevel works with several large corporations that have a supplier diversity program and is continuously pursuing opportunities geared toward innovation in diversity initiatives. The benefits of working with diverse businesses have shined through our experience and through the relationships we’ve built. The HireLevel national team supports our largest clients that primarily work with diverse suppliers, and as a result, we’ve grown exponentially as a team and partner with our clients. HireLevel started with a “credit card and a prayer” in 1995 and has turned into 85+ internal employees with 2,000 clients in 48 states across the U.S. In the beginning HireLevel was established as a temporary employment agency under the name of “Extra Help”, then expanded the business in 2001 to include payroll services, and today continues to grow and garner industry praise. According to Teresa, she’s in constant pursuit of taking her dream to the next level–it’s all about being better, working smarter, and reaching higher.
