Each year, the St Louis Business Journal ranks the Largest Women-Owned Businesses in St. Louis and the Metro East area, examining their revenue from the past year and determining the fastest-growing businesses. HireLevel is excited to announce that we’re named the 10th Largest Women-Owned Businesses for 2022, with 19.4% growth and $49.2 million in revenue. Woman-Owned Since 1995, HireLevel, supports clients from the small business level to MSP and Fortune 500 companies across the nation.
As a certified Women-Owned Business, HireLevel emphasizes equality and fairness, truly diversity & inclusion, during the staffing process and in their workplace. HireLevel works with several large corporations that have a supplier diversity program and is continuously pursuing opportunities geared toward innovation in diversity initiatives. HireLevel started with a “credit card and a prayer” in 1995 and has turned into 85+ internal employees with 2,000 clients in 48 states across the U.S. In the beginning HireLevel was established as a temporary employment agency under the name of “Extra Help”, then expanded the business in 2001 to include payroll services, and today continues to grow and garner industry praise.
