Two Extra Help, Inc. Employees Become Certified Contingent Workforce Professionals

(January 26, 2016- St. Louis, MO/ Edwardsville, IL) Two employees of Extra Help, Inc. have become Certified Contingent Workforce Professionals (CCWP.) Nicole Kline, Director of Operations in the Edwardsville, IL location and Sarah Powell, Director of Operations in the St. Louis, MO location both received their certification. As directors in their designated locations they are accountable for the day to day operations, helping the office meet their annual goals and metrics, and are committed to the expansion and success of the business which is why they both chose to educate themselves and gain a higher level understanding of contingent workforce programme management.
“Our growth as a company is not only relevant, but also important,” said Kline. “The more we grow as a business, the more educated we need to be as employees and leaders. The more we know, the better we can assist our clients and candidates. Successfully completing the program creates a level of designation only a select few can call their own.”
The Staffing Industry Analysts Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) is an accreditation program designed for HR, procurement, MSP solution providers and others who manage corporate contingent staffing. To become certified, the individuals need to demonstrate knowledge of contingent workforce management practices by taking a class and passing the exam. To date, almost 700 people have participated in the program in the U.S. and close to 400 have completed the certification process.
The total amount of certified professionals within Extra Help, Inc. has now expanded to 19 individuals, which not only benefits the company but specifically the professional development of the individual.
