HireLevel Receives Award for their Staffing Agency in Marion, IL

Extra Help Inc. has been named Business/Industry of the Year by the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce.
Founded by Teresa Katubig in 1995 in Johnston City, Extra Help began as a temporary employment agency. It moved to Marion in 2002, and also has locations in Edwardsville and St. Louis.
Now, Extra Help helps companies fill full-time positions; provides payroll services, such as outsourced payroll, tax filings and workers’ compensation; and other office tools like timekeeping and employee benefits.
Extra Help has 29 employees among its three locations, and has more than 1,000 clients in 31 states. Its sales last year were more than $14 million, and sales could surpass $20 million this year.
Last year, Extra Help was noted as the 17th-largest woman-owned business in the St. Louis area, by St. Louis Business Journal.
The award will be presented at the chamber’s Jan. 20 awards banquet, at Williamson County Pavilion in Marion
