Erica Snow is an integral part of HireLevel’s team as the Candidate Engagement and Retention Manager. She plays a crucial role in leading the branches’ recruitment funnel and the Centralized Recruitment Center.

Erica is responsible for tackling some of the most challenging tasks in the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates are engaged and retained throughout the hiring process. Her dedication to her role is evident in the quality of candidates that HireLevel is able to attract and retain. She has always been passionate about working with people and knew that she would excel in a career that allowed her to do so.

Witnessing the positive impact, she has made on someone’s life is truly fulfilling. It inspires her to constantly strive for personal growth and development every day. Aside from changing lives, she loves spending time with family, vacationing, binge-watching TV shows, and making everyone laugh. She likes to think of herself as a self-proclaimed comedian.
