HireLevel Supports Amare In their Mission For Second Chances

HireLevel and this month’s recipient of the Charitable Giving Campaign have something very important in common; both are avid believers in second chances. From the start, HireLevel’s CEO, Teresa Katubig has always advocated for second chances in the workplace through the HireLevel 2ndChance program. HireLevel 2ndChance was designed to improve the employability of people with criminal records by working with employers and community partners to create a smooth transition for re-entry candidates. This is why HireLevel supports Amare in their mission for Second Chances as well.
HireLevel was able to donate $1,055, all from their internal team members. Since 2016, it has been our personal mission to give back to our communities. Over the years we have donated to several charities, such as Hospice of Southern Illinois, Chemo Buddies, and Got Your Six. In doing all of this, we aim to make life a little easier for those around us, lifting up whole communities in the process and leaving the world just a little better than we found it.
Amare assists the victims and families of those affected by drug and alcohol addiction, as well as the community, giving those affected by addiction a second chance to integrate back into their communities. Amare offers services such as employment coaching, peer recovery support specialists, family support, transitional support, and much more for everyone impacted by addiction. HireLevel supports Amare in their mission for second chances and encourages you to as well!
