Teresa was raised in a small town in Southern Illinois where she first started her temporary employment agency in Johnston City, IL in 1995 on a “credit card and a prayer.” She started her business as a newly single mom of two and has grown leaps and bounds despite her circumstances. She expanded her business in 2001 to include payroll services, and today continues to grow and garner industry praise. Today, HireLevel is a nationwide, full-service, certified Women-Owned Business (WBE), human capital management company that supports business owners across the United States.
According to Teresa, she’s in constant pursuit of taking her dream to the next level–it’s all about being better, working smarter, and reaching higher.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience managing workplaces for clients, Teresa has led her team to provide the best consultative approach with top-notch client experience as the #1 priority.
Teresa’s passion thrives on having the ability to empower the HireLevel team, potential clients, and job seekers to always think outside the box. With her passion for community involvement and giving back she empowers the team to “change lives” every day, which HireLevel’s mission is in everything that they do. Teresa’s motto “Remember your communities” led her team to develop the #HireLevelDifference campaign allowing them to go into their communities and make a positive impact through both monetary donations and volunteer opportunities.
When she’s not outdoors, relaxing on a boat in Florida, or traveling, you can find her cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals with her husband, Bob. She also loves to spend time with family, especially her grandkids.
