GET TO KNOW ERIN

Erin Kopec is the force behind HireLevel’s brand awareness and marketing strategies. Her role is all about data-driven decisions, and customer-focused sales within the sales and marketing team.

Erin was born and raised in the small town of West Frankfort, IL.  She attended Southern Illinois University obtaining her degree in Marketing and has continued on that path ever since.  She started in banking before she landed her role at HireLevel, then Extra Help, Inc in 2011. Erin thrives on being successful with her competitive nature and willingness to continue to learn and improve each and every day.  She took the driver’s seat in building the HireLevel brand from scratch which led to tremendous growth at HireLevel and prestigious awards within the marketing department.  Erin manages all aspects of the Sales & Marketing Department including a strong understanding and regular collaboration with branches/teams, including recruitment marketing strategies, new client acquisition, client experience, and retention efforts.

Erin’s passion thrives on having the ability to empower the HireLevel brand, potential clients, and job seekers to always think outside the box. She also enjoys working with others to grow their career path with continuous learning and education, as this is what has grown her career path over the years.

PERSONAL LIFE

When she’s not outdoors, relaxing on a boat, or traveling in search of new adventures, you can find her (secretly) listening to 90s music, or hanging with her husband and son.
