As HireLevel’s Director of HCM Services, Beth leads the team in using her expertise and software capabilities to provide excellent customer service, consulting with business owners or their HR team to help run their teams more efficiently and engagingly.

She is a self-proclaimed software nerd who loves numbers, people, and her team! Solution-finding and relationship-building are her two best attributes. From implementation and payroll to sales and tax, Beth has found her way to just about every seat on our HCM team over the past several years. Why? She wants to know more and do more so that she can continue to serve the team and clients in the best way possible.

As a former collegiate softball player, there is no denying her competitive nature or love for sports and being outdoors.
