With a degree in finance from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Amanda Majewski builds relationships and manages strategic partnerships and alliances with referral partners.
Amanda grew up in Southern Illinois and started her career in the financial industry. She learned from her boss at the time the importance of relationships to grow the bank’s business. She found herself learning how to network to connect with new people in the community. After a few years at the bank, she received an email from a client that they had deposits when asking to meet after work. This was another opportunity to grow the business and was offered a position with the bank’s client.
Her experience enables her to work with businesses to determine their workforce needs, reduce their labor costs, and take the stress out of fine-tuning their payroll and tax compliance process. (Couldn’t we all use an Amanda?)
Fast forward to 11 years, HireLevel continues to push her to be comfortable with uncomfortable. She has grown from business development to leading the HCM division. Amanda continues to work with hundreds of companies to determine areas of improvement from recruitment to retirement. Nothing brings her more joy than getting to say ‘I can help with that’ because she understands running a business is hard. If it were easy, everyone would do it. She loves what she does, and each day is exciting and interesting in the HR industry.
With the fast-paced work at HireLevel, she looks forward to slowing down on the weekends. Moving to Florida was one of those reasons. Her favorite past time includes riding bikes along the gulf and seeing the ocean. Those sunsets are humbling and a reminder to be grateful for the life she has and worked hard to enjoy it. She also enjoys music, attending concerts, and is always willing to try a new restaurant in the area.
