Melvin has been a great addition to our team. Right before we brought Melvin on from HireLevel, we had just moved into a new building that is triple in size of our old building. We really didn’t know what to expect from a cleaning perspective of how much more it would take to keep our facility clean and looking great. As soon as Melvin arrived on his first day, he owned his role and dove in headfirst. We are so happy HireLevel was able to match us with a great person like Melvin.

Can you tell me your story, how it all started working at HireLevel?

I was down on my luck, saw an ad for HireLevel, gave them a try, and haven’t looked back since then.

What gives you the motivation to go above and beyond as an employee?

Money is a big motivator for me.

What do you take the most pride in?

Integrity, being honest, and having strong moral principles.

What do you believe is key to being a great employee?

Being focused on what you have to do to get what you want and need.

Who has helped you become the outstanding employee that you are?

Dad

Any career/life advice to others?

Life was meant to be about oneself. Don’t worry about anyone else. Do your job. Watching others will make you lazy.
