About HireLevel
HireLevel started off with a “credit card and a prayer” in 1995 and has turned into 85+ internal employees with 1,300 payroll clients in 47 states across the U.S. At the beginning HireLevel was established as a temporary employment agency under the name of “Extra Help”, 2001 Teresa added payroll services to offer our clients. As Erin Kopec, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at HireLevel stated in the article “The largest part of our growth on the payroll and HCM solutions side of our business is through payroll acquisitions, acquiring other service centers across the United States”.
HireLevel, PKA Extra Help, was started by Teresa Katubig in Southern Illinois and the article pointed out that “Interestingly enough, the entire leadership team of this women-owned business is made up of women who are all from Southern Illinois”. Teresa is the Founder, CEO, CPA, and President of HireLevel and has been from the start. She has driven HireLevel to new heights that we try and top each and every year. We can’t wait for what the future holds
HireLevel has named 2022 the Year of the Great Engagement and they are utilizing their expertise and their Human Capital Management strategies to debunk The Great Resignation one client at a time.
Our clients are small businesses who came to us with operational clunkiness that began to impact their ability to hire and manage team members. They are mid size businesses who can’t hire fast enough to keep up with backfill or growth goals. They are businesses who are working on being GREAT employers, who might have team members all over the place, and need technology that supports and tracks their people strategies. Now, as our client, they are businesses that are a part of The Great Engagement. From Recruitment to Retirement, Technology to Certified Consultants, we’ve got the People to Know.
