HireLevel’s fearless leader, Teresa Katubig, grew the company from the ground up in 1995 under less-than-ideal circumstances as a newly single mom of two children. Her story is the American Dream at its best. Opening first as a temporary employment agency with “a credit card and a prayer,” HireLevel has grown leaps and bounds. She expanded her business in 2001 to include payroll services, and today continues to grow and garner industry praise. According to Teresa, she’s in constant pursuit of taking her dream to the next level–it’s all about being better, working smarter, and reaching higher.
She’s deeply involved in organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Women Business Owners. Teresa Katubig, President & CEO of HireLevel, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Payroll Professional, and Certified Professional in HR. Today, HireLevel is a certified Women-Owned Business and full-service Human Capital Management firm that supports clients from deep channel recruiting and high-volume staffing to HR Workforce Solutions. Teresa’s expertise in the workforce industry has led her team to support clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Teresa has built a key team of VPs with 10+ years of HireLevel experience spearheading the future of the organization and the impact the company will make on the lives of others – internally and externally. Over the course of 26 years, Teresa has acquired 7 payroll service bureaus and extended HireLevel’s geographic capabilities spanning around 2,000 clients in 48 states through strategic hiring, agile solutions, state of the art technology, continuous education, and investing in resources and training to equip internal team and clients including a 12-month leadership development program to develop the critical thinking and decision making skills of team members

Teresa will be honored at the Titan 100 awards on April 28th, 2022 at “The Factory” located in Chesterfield, Missouri. The Factory is one of the anchors in the new entertainment complex – The District, the first built from-the-ground-up performance and event venue in the Midwest in more than twenty years. This unique cocktail-style awards event will gather 100 Titans of Industry for an evening, unlike anything that exists in the St. Louis business community.
