HireLevel, a certified women owned business (WBE) and regional leader in contingent workforce management solutions, specializing in industrial staffing, professional staffing and payroll services opened the St. Louis, Missouri location in 2010. Since 2010, we have outgrown two downtown office locations, finally settling into a much bigger space to accommodate our growth in the heart of the Locust St Business District. With one decade behind them, HireLevel is looking forward to another decade of getting even more integrated into the community, growing businesses, and changing lives as one of the largest staffing firms of St. Louis.
Starting off the next decade on a high note, the St. Louis business journal named HireLevel in 2019’s top 25 staffing firms of St. Louis. Placing number 8 of 25 largest temporary staffing firms.The ranking is based on temporary/flexible placement revenue of 2018. HireLevel has continued to grow, placing a total of 3,600 candidates on assignment in the Metro East. Since 2017, HireLevel moved up two spots on this list.
The St. Louis Business Journal’s Largest Temporary Staffing Firms list recognizes the top staffing businesses in the St. Louis area and that includes HireLevel!
Dana Dooley, Regional Manager, has worked her way up in the ranks with previous experience in operations and business development. Our team has worked incredibly hard to be an industry leader in staffing services, and our growth shows the direct result of those efforts.
The St. Louis team is truly all hands on deck, and is home to our not-so-secret weapon the Centralized Recruiting Center. The CRC supplements recruiting efforts for all HireLevel offices. This streamlined approach allows us the flexibility needed to put people to work quickly and staff for large projects and peak seasons, while continuing to keep costs low for our clients. As you can now probably imagine, the St. Louis office is a hub for not only local recruiting, but recruiting for opportunities near other HireLevel locations as well.
Teresa Katubig, President and CEO, began her business in 1995 and now over two decades later, the company has exponentially grown to include full-service workforce management services with core competencies in light industrial and professional staffing, payroll and HR software to grow businesses from the inside out.
In 2020, the expectation is not to slow down, but to do the exact opposite. HireLevel looks forward to the year to come and continuing consistent success and improvement over previous years.
