Director of Marketing, Erin Kopec, named a 2018 St.louis Top Employee.
The St. Louis Small Business Monthly honors 5-star employees at growing businesses in their area with the St. Louis Top Employees list. It is with great excitement that HireLevel announces Erin Kopec, Director of Marketing, has made the 2018 Top Employee list. “I’m honored to make the list,” says Erin, on receiving the award. “It’s exciting to be recognized alongside so many other talented people in St. Louis.” Erin is being recognized for positioning her company and self for success, aiding HireLevel in strategic growth over the last 7 years.
Over the years with HireLevel, Erin has been at the forefront of many team and company initiatives and accolades including but not limited to
- 2013- Leading HireLevel to the championship round in the Social Media Madness Competition held by the St. Louis Business Journal.
- 2016- Earned HireLevel the American Staffing Association Genius Awards in the $25-$100 million category. HireLevel was presented as winners of New Company Identification and New Website design.
- 2017- Erin was chosen to lead a new company initiative to help develop future leaders of the company- Leadership Development Program.
- 2018- Erin’s rebranding earns St. Louis SMPS Marketing Excellence Award for Corporate Identity
- 2018- Erin leads marketing team to develop #HireLevelDifference & #HiFive and drives company engagement to receive 2 American Staffing Association awards (ASA Genius & ASA Care) for Excellence in Marketing & Social Responsibility Initiative.
Erin understands what it takes to grow her knowledge professionally and has shown “grit” in leading key company initiatives and getting employees on board with these initiatives, which she believes is an absolute for company success.
“We are constantly working to maintain excellence in our industry,” says Erin. “We work daily to provide our clients and candidates a truly higher level experience while growing our brand with a national presence.”
Erin graduated in 2008 from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Erin remains active in her community as an active member of the Heartland Rotary Club, a member of the Marion Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the PR Committee of the American Staffing Association. She gives back to the community by volunteering through these organizations as well as HireLevel’s #HireLevelDifference campaign.
