Five HireLevel Staffing & Recruiting team members received their American Staffing Association (ASA) professional certification recently: Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) & Certified Search Consultant (CSC). As a Certified Staffing Professional, our staffing team members gain advanced knowledge on employment law to be able to scale our staffing strategy and work with clients to support their labor needs. As a Certified Search Consultant, our recruiters gain the advanced skill set and contractual knowledge they need to source the right candidates at the right time.

Samantha Loucks, CSP joined the HireLevel team in 2015. Samantha has worked closely with both our payroll & staffing teams, taking it upon herself to learn our business from the inside out. Today, Samantha is our HR Informatics Manager. She is the go-to person for internal and external HR related questions from pay & benefits to legal compliance such as Workers Compensation. Dana Dooley, CSP joined the HireLevel team in 2016. In her role as Client Relationship Manager, Dana leads our staffing team and aides clients in strategic growth in the Southern Illinois area. Dana developed our internal training on Candidate & Client Experience. Likewise, she spends her days working alongside both HireLevel team members and our client partners to ensure we deliver a smooth, friendly, and timely experience; encouraging a partnership that is successful for all.
Emily Heightman, CSC joined the HireLevel team in 2017. Emily is an Account Manager on our National Recruiting team. While much of her time is spent sourcing for highly skilled candidates for professional roles, Emily is a liaison between clients and our national recruiters; bridging and streamlining communication. She works closely with our clients and our national recruiters, coordinating the best strategy to find the right candidates for the clients’ she manages. Athena Caballero, CSC joined the HireLevel team in 2015. Athena is also an Account Manager on our National Recruiting team. Athena is in continuous communication with her clients to tailor the team’s recruiting strategy, nurture and manage the candidate and client experience, and ensure that clients business needs are met. Athena’s expertise is recruiting for professional healthcare talent and sourcing those passive candidates who are qualified and certified accordingly. Athena’s got a giant heart and helped launch our HireLevel Fashion Closet to ensure our candidates can dress professionally and be confident, despite their ability to afford such apparel. Kendra Alexander, CSC joined the HireLevel team in 2017. Kendra is a member of our National Recruiting team. Her expertise is truly matchmaking, getting to know her clients’ culture, their business, and their talent needs and using her keen talent of finding the the right person who is both talent & personality match for the job. While Kendra focuses on building effective relationships with her clients, her passion is listening to the stories and backgrounds of her candidates and matching them to a company that she believes they can have longevity with and enjoy their work along the way.
