HireLevel Receives SMPS Marketing Excellence Award for Corporate Identity

(June 15, 2018 – St. Louis, MO.) HireLevel was awarded a 2018 Marketing Excellence Award for Corporate Identity by the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). Occurring every two years, The SMPS St. Louis Marketing Excellence Awards recognize outstanding achievement in marketing communications by professional service firms, showcasing the best of the best.
HireLevel is a women-owned nationwide Human Capital Management company specializing in connecting people with career opportunities, HR workforce solutions, and aiding clients in strategic growth. Beginning as a temporary employment agency in 1995 known as Extra Help, the company has been in business over 20 years and has expanded into several new locations and service offerings. As of April 2016, Extra Help became HireLevel as they decided it was time to update the look and feel of their brand and name to match their new services, company mission, and desired results. Since then, their rebrand has been executed through all marketing strategies across both off and online channels.
The Corporate Identity category recognizes marketing strategies for both new brand identity and rebranded identity. Upon submitting print and digital before-and-after marketing collateral and brand representations of Extra Help vs HireLevel to demonstrate the extent of their rebranding strategy, SMPS awarded HireLevel a Corporate Identity Award of Merit. HireLevel was honored at the 2018 Marketing Excellence Awards Ceremony, where they proudly showcased their brand transformation.
This rebrand was truly a brand transformation into modern, sophisticated, and bold yet inviting and edgy. The company’s professionalism, their work hard play hard attitude, and their humanitarian side are all visible through their new brand identity, and the marketing team continues to bring their brand to life through digital campaigns, internal initiatives, community outreach, and the service they provide both clients and candidates.
