Teresa Katubig, the President & CEO of HireLevel, began her business as a small temporary placement agency known as Extra Help in 1995. Today, HireLevel is a nationwide, full service, certified WBE (Women’s Business Enterprise) human capital management company that supports clients from deep channel recruiting and high volume staffing to HR Workforce Solutions. HireLevel is dedicated to working alongside organizations who are committed to Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, this is at the heart of their business acumen, including working to serve and support US Veterans.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience managing workplaces for clients, Teresa has led her team to support clients and provide tailored solutions from the small business level to MSPs and Fortune 500 companies across the nation. They experienced a 15.6% growth and $28 million in revenue for 2016 with continued growth in 2017, increasing revenue to $32million. HireLevel’s 2016 revenue and growth landed them #15 of 60 on the St. Louis Business Journal’s Largest Women-Owned Business list which recognizes women owned businesses in the St. Louis area that have experienced accelerated growth.
As CEO of HireLevel, Teresa has been honored as Enterprising Women of the Year by Enterprising Women’s Magazine and named among Most Admired Business Leaders by Small Business Monthly. HireLevel was recently named one of the Largest Temporary Staffing Firms by the St. Louis Business Journal and has been consistently named a largest women-owned business in the St. Louis region, as well as Best in Reliability, Value, and Customer Service by Small Business Monthly. HireLevel plans to take the workforce to a higher level by continuing to aide current and new clients in innovation and strategic growth and work with organizations committed to Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.
Teresa is in constant pursuit of taking her dream to the next level, working smarter and reaching higher. Her personal passion for community involvement and her motto “remember your community,” led the HireLevel team to develop the #HireLevelDifference campaign allowing them to go into every community surrounding each office and make an impact. HireLevel’s most cornerstone mission is to empower and improve the lives of those in the communities around them, not only through job opportunities but in their daily lives. Katubig inspired a mission, now backed by over 80 employees, to bring more people with diverse backgrounds together, creating opportunities and growing a more unified community and workforce.
