HireLevel’s charitable giving initiative #HireLevelDifference was created to empower and improve the lives of those who need it most within their communities, not only in job opportunities, but in their daily lives. As a women- owned company, HireLevel Human Capital Management is passionate about empowering women of all ages to be visionaries and leaders.
In April, HireLevel dedicated their #HireLevelDifference campaign to Fontebella Maternity Home in Belleville, IL. Founder, Susan Hoff, started Fontebella to create a positive environment and provide a stable support system for pregnant young women. HireLevel is passionate about bridging the gap between motherhood and pursuing personal dreams and talent. One of HireLevel’s staffing team members, Keisheia Brown, spends two week nights at Fontebella helping soon to be mothers build their resumes and interviewing skills. HireLevel strives to create an easier transition back to the workforce through their Baby at Work program.
The mission of the Fontebella Maternity home is to establish a stable refuge for young women to pursue education and career opportunities so they can care for their family. It has become a place of opportunity for financial, spiritual, and emotional education and growth. HireLevel was pleased to provide Fontebella Maternity Home with a donation of $1,355. HireLevel gives back and supports Fontebella to make a #HireLevelDifference in the lives of women and the communities around us.
