HireLevel is Knocking It Out of the Park in St. Louis
Feb 1, 2017
Grab your favorite snacks and beverages, and get a good stretch in because it’s time to rally! HireLevel established a downtown St. Louis, MO location back in 2010, ready to knock it out of the park. We outgrew our original downtown location in 2016, moving to a bigger place in the office suites at Union Station. Still in the heart of the city, HireLevel St. Louis knows how to have fun and hit a homerun at the same time. Essentially, they are creating a work environment they don’t need a vacation from.
HireLevel St. Louis is creating teams, growing careers, and changing lives with a work hard, play hard attitude. They achieve this by working closely with the community from local agencies, to colleges and universities, fellow local businesses, and non-profits. The team is always looking for new opportunities to connect and make a difference. They work with Prosper as a mentor for startup women owned businesses where they speak to various women’s organizations as a way to encourage women to take the “plunge” and work together to support each other in getting started. They also work closely with the Missouri Career Centers, Community Action Agencies, Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, and Southside Employment Group among other agencies who help those in the community needing extra assistance getting back on their feet, finding a job, or needing a mentor.
The St. Louis team is truly all hands on deck, and is home to our not-so-secret weapon the Centralized Recruiting Center. The CRC supplements recruiting efforts for all HireLevel offices. This streamlined approach allows us the flexibility needed to put people to work quickly and staff for large projects and peak seasons, while continuing to keep costs low for our clients. As you can now probably imagine, the St. Louis office is a hub for not only local recruiting, but recruiting for opportunities near other HireLevel locations as well.
The hub of the HireLevel world is an exciting place to be, but sometimes it’s important to step away from the excitement, breathe, and relax just long enough to regain energy to tackle the vision and bring home the wins. That’s what the seventh inning stretch is for, but at HireLevel we take a “fifth inning stretch” every Friday around noon. All locations participate– each visiting favorite local restaurants and the St. Louis location is no exception. Their favorite lunch breaks are spent at PW Pizza and Maggie O’s, but dessert is really their weakness. If you stop by the office to visit, don’t be surprised if you see doughnuts, cupcakes, or homemade cookies laying around. Feel free to bring any of the listed when you drop by for a visit.
HireLevel may be starting the seventh year in the St.Louis market, but they won’t be resting for long. The team is ready to connect more people with a purpose, and make a difference in the community; a HireLevel Difference.
I am very impressed with the quality of candidates that have been sent our way from HireLevel. Also, The staff (from the sales rep to the recruiters) are so friendly and helpful. My recruiter is like calling a friend for help. Everyone over there has been so amazing and has made my job a LOT easier! Thank you for all the help.
