Fresh, strong, and growing – HireLevel Evansville has been supplementing the Southern Indiana workforce since 2013. As the third largest city in Indiana, with reach to Kentucky and Illinois, establishing HireLevel powered by Extra Help in the Evansville area has been a game changer. While taking business to a higher level is our main focus, don’t think we overlooked the fact that Evansville is home to the third oldest professional baseball stadium—Bosse Field. Our shared love of America’s greatest pastime—baseball—is the foundation for a long-lasting, meaningful relationship with Evansville, Indiana.
The HireLevel Evansville team knows grand slams and wins don’t come easy, yet they consistently exceed personal and company goals creating teams, growing careers, and changing lives. What’s their secret, you ask? Ten minutes. Ten minutes each day dedicated to working out at the office as a team is how this HireLevel team is doing big business. From light industrial or general labor, to clerical or administrative positions; employing a variety of skills and talents is their specialty. Whoever your company is looking for, whatever job opportunity you need filled the Evansville team will rise to meet your expectations.
At the end of the day, even after the seventh inning stretch, the family- like feeling of the HireLevel team is what motivates them to grow. After all, family is what guides you away from striking out, encourages your big hits, and what brings you home to celebrate your win.
Bringing work and fun together as they should be, HireLevel employees go out to lunch together on Fridays. The most beloved lunch spot in Evansville is the Stockwell Inn. Outside the office, the team enjoys craft beers together at Carson’s Brewery where the beer is cold and the laughs are endless. Some of the team are even members of the craft beer society which holds several events each year.
Keeping up with the fun, results driven company culture; HireLevel Evansville runs half marathons, attends street festivals, and is involved in the community through the local Chamber. In 2016, the team donated to local charities Wish Upon A Star and It Takes a Village located in Evansville, along with additional charities in other communities as part of the company wide charitable giving challenge. They also partner with the University of Southern Indiana to hold mock interviews in the business department, helping equip students for the workforce and in 2017 the office will be hosting Java Talk for Gilda’s House. Remembering our communities is a top value of HireLevel, which is fitting for the 2017 charitable giving campaign called The HireLevel Difference. Team members in Evansville are eager to make a difference in their community over the next year, and are confident that their 2017 give back goal will be another home run.
We were in need of a receptionist that could do more than answer phones. Our company needed someone “yesterday” to be efficient in filing, phones, communication, and being a team player. I called HireLevel and they had someone at my office the next day at 8AM. The temporary employee did everything asked of her and was prompt to ask what else needed to be done. We kept this employee until our contract was up and decided to add this person to our team. I appreciate the efforts and the follow up that HireLevel was able to provide for our company.
