Breaking ground in the small town of Johnston City, IL in 1995 HireLevel, previously known as Extra Help, quickly grew out of its roots. In 2007, President & CEO Teresa Katubig noticed that the Metro East community was growing. During growth, people need people and we believe when the right people come together, creativity thrives, opportunities appear, and business grows. That began the expansion of HireLevel powered by Extra Help to the Metro East area and ever since we have been hitting the workforce of the Edwardsville, Illinois area with our work hard, play hard attitude and putting people to work.
Nicole Kline, Director of Client Services, has lead the HireLevel Edwardsville location since the beginning and has helped expand their reach tenfold. Today, their team specializes in logistics and warehouse staffing which is inspired by the company mission to connect people with a purpose in a fun, results-driven atmosphere; creating teams, growing careers, and changing lives. They also have Certified Staffing Professionals and Certified Contingent Workforce Professionals on staff, which means there is no limit to their capabilities. Partnering with GEODIS—a transport and logistics industry leader– during their peak season proved this HireLevel team can staff for large projects with the highest of demands. “Peak season is pretty crazy, but putting as many as 700 people to work with GEODIS for the holidays so they can provide for their families is an amazing feeling!” says Nicole Kline.
To balance out the craziness, inspire teamwork, and keep the passion growing; the office holds competitions and enjoys good food together. There is a general office-wide love, okay obsession, for all things food. This team may consist of staffing professionals, but food connoisseur is next on their resumes! The Cup cupcakes, Chef Shoppe popcorn, breakfast pizza, Pasta House, Joe’s, and pretty much any tasty treat is welcome with open arms at HireLevel Edwardsville. While the rest of us may run on caffeine, they run on good food… (and caffeine on occasion.)
That good food must be super food, fueling their inspiration as they continue to exceed their personal and company goals, placing more and more candidates, and impressing clients with their consistently quick results.
