Our Customer Service Promise

Yesterday afternoon a powerful thunderstorm roared past our Edwardsville, Illinois location. This morning the office has no phones and no internet connection. Could these two things be related, absolutely. Does the lack of connection to the outside world have an effect on Extra Help’s ability to provide Employment and Payroll services, absolutely. Did we admit defeat, not a chance. Face it, we live in an electronic dependent world. Instead of thinking what we couldn’t do, we strategized on what we could do. The phone lines that normally ring into our office were transferred to another Extra Help office, cell phones normally used by the sales team were converted to hotspots allowing limited internet connectivity to the outside world. Personal cell phones are being used to make calls to both our clients and prospective candidates. Is it business as usual, not quite. But we did find a way to continue to serving our customers.

This is an example of the status quo at Extra Help, Inc; we do whatever it takes to get the job done. Sometimes it is not the easiest thing to do, but it is always the right thing to do.
