Furthering our education continues to be a priority for WBE certified HireLevel powered by Extra Help, one of the region’s largest women-owned employment, payroll, and workforce services companies. It is part of the companies culture to promote and educate their employees on the benefits of continued education, which is why three members of the HireLevel team received their Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the American Staffing Association (ASA) this past week.
Tiffany Tolle, CSP joined the HireLevel team in 2015. She works with our strategic accounts to ensure success with bulk hiring for peak seasons which includes scheduling appointments for our qualified applicants, organizing and maintaining new hire information, background checks, drug screens and benefit information, and working with the rest of the staffing development team to assist with other current clients.
Stephanie Stinson, CSP joined the HireLevel team in 2016. She works as part of our staffing development team in our Montgomery, AL location, and her responsibilities are to help manage relationships with our clients and applicants, working with current clients to fill positions with the best candidate using tools including skills testing, background checks, and holding prescreen interviews.
Ashley Gregory, CSP joined the HireLevel team in 2014. She is an active member of our Centralized Recruiting Center (CRC) as a team member that helps to support all nine of our locations. She works with candidates from all markets to do interviews and on-boarding, as well as working with other internal staffing development team members from other offices to ensure success with filling client needs.
“We want to give the best client and candidate experience possible,” said Teresa Katubig, President and CEO of HireLevel powered by Extra Help. “The best way we know how to do that is by implementing internal programs, and encouraging furthered education for our teams.”
