Second HireLevel Employee Receives CSP Certification In The Month Of June

Continued education has paid off again for the team at HireLevel powered by Extra Help, one of the region’s largest women-owned employment, payroll, and workforce services companies. This time the HireLevel team celebrates Jessica Weathers, Business Development team member in the St. Louis, MO market, for receiving her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the American Staffing Association (ASA) on June 26th. This makes the second HireLevel employee to receive their CSP in the month of June.
“Not only does furthering the education of our employees assist our clients and candidates, but it helps them as individuals grow professionally,” said Teresa Katubig, CEO and President of HireLevel. “I highly encourage my team to do all they can to continue their growth and knowledge daily.”
The CSP program through the ASA highlights content on employment and labor law at both the federal and state levels, which helps keep the HireLevel team a valued resource for their clients, and the rest of the employment industry. The ASA also offers certification programs such as the CSP as a benefit to the industry. The American Staffing Association, according to their website, is an organization whose mission is to promote and protect the interests of the U.S. staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry across all sectors through advocacy, research, education, and the promotion of high standards of legal, ethical, and professional practices.
“It’s great to work for a company who provides the tools and time necessary as employees to further our education to help us grow professionally,” said Weathers. “The greatest part about earning my CSP certification is that it will allow me to bring strategic recruiting solutions to the table when discussing HR services with my clients!”
