HireLevel Continues To Further Employee Education With Certifications From The American Staffing Association

(June 19th, 2017 – Evansville, IN) Continued growth and education is a top priority for HireLevel powered by Extra Help, one of the region’s largest women-owned employment, payroll, and workforce services companies. To gain more knowledge in workforce development, members of the HireLevel team are offered ways to further their education by gaining certifications from the American Staffing Association (ASA), and other organizations. As of June 5th, 2017 Katrinka Rynder, a Business Development team member in Evansville, IN received her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the ASA.

Katrinka joined HireLevel in 2015 as part of the business development team in our Evansville, Indiana location. She currently works in our Indiana market to develop new business and maintain relationships with current clients. Katrinka and our Evansville team specialize in workforce management with a focus on staffing services.
The American Staffing Association, according to their website, is an organization whose mission is to promote and protect the interests of the U.S. staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry across all sectors through advocacy, research, education, and the promotion of high standards of legal, ethical, and professional practices. This organization also offers certification programs such as the CSP as a benefit to the industry. The CSP program highlights content on employment and labor law at both the federal and state levels, which helps keep the HireLevel team a valued resource for their clients, and the rest of the employment industry.
