HireLevel Introduces Emilie Hoffman, Director of Talent Acquisition, as Company Continues Growth and Expansion

(St. Louis, Missouri- February 16, 2017) – HireLevel powered by Extra Help, one of the region’s largest women-owned employment, payroll, and workforce management companies in the St. Louis region, has appointed Emilie Hoffman to its leadership team as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Hoffman will work closely with the company to evolve the professional staffing strategy for talent planning and customized recruiting techniques for HireLevel. She will also be the driving force in managing our professional staffing division and our recruiting specialties.

Emilie brings a wealth of experience in leveraging relationships with internal and external partners to attract high-impact candidates, drive talent pools, and create best-in-class sourcing and operating procedures. In her previous role she worked as a Recruitment Marketing Strategist promoting creative recruitment solutions and promoting continuous improvement with her teams.
