Known as the Silicon Valley of the Midwest, Indianapolis was an obvious choice for a new HireLevel playing ground in 2016. Opening doors in July of 2016, HireLevel Indy just celebrated its half birthday. With the operations, recruiting, staffing and sales expertise of Regional Director, Emily Brower, –collaborated with the experience of coworker and Certified Staffing Professional Amanda Murrie– sound relationships have already been built in many industries. The team is running full speed ahead to keep up with the Indy 500 and the racing capital of the world.
Excellence is not achieved over night. HireLevel Indianapolis works by the company mission to connect people with a purpose in a fun, results driven atmosphere; creating teams, growing careers, and changing lives. Their unique approach to achieving this mission relies on two mottos: “If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan but never change the goal” and “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.”
Performing multiple roles, optimizing collaboration, and communicating effectively are the strengths of the Indy team. On the other hand, the fact that there is a Starbucks on every corner is their greatest weakness. But don’t our weaknesses fuel our strengths?
At HireLevel, you must be able to have fun while working hard. Outside the office, Emily and Amanda might be sighted sipping a craft beer or keeping the work day balanced with their favorite lunch at The Tamale Place. If it is Thursday around lunch time, the Indianapolis team can be found outside the office at the food trucks. Whether it’s Thai, tacos, or the amazing pretzel sandwiches; they will be in line!
The Indianapolis team is dedicated to making a difference on a HireLevel, and will be looking for more opportunities to work closely with the community in 2017. So, meet them in a food truck line on your lunch break, schedule a Starbucks date, or stop by the office to help HireLevel help you.
Throughout my career I have worked with many different staffing agencies, some bad, most ok and a few that are excellent. HireLevel is one of the few “excellent” staffing agencies I have worked with. The staff in Indianapolis are all very responsive to e-mails. They also efficiently provide temps when I need them and have not missed a deadline.
